Executive Committee - Made up of the Council officers, the group acts on issues as needed for the full board between scheduled meetings of the CFIC Board of Directors.

The 2008 Executive Committee Chairman
Bryan Dozier

Membership Committee - This body is responsible for creating and reviewing plans to develop new membership campaigns for the association.
The 2008 Membership Committee Chairman is Fred Morganthall. Assisting the Chairman will be Tye Anthony.

Golf/Fundraising Committee - This committee bears the responsibility for the planning and orchestrating of the October Golf Tournament as well as both the Silent the Live Auctions associated with that event, and oversight of the 2008 Convention Golf Outing.
The 2008 Golf Committee Chairman is Larry Adams. The committee members are Curtis Oldenkamp and Cliff Joyner.

Convention Committee - This committee is important because the convention is crucial for bringing all of our membership together for a full weekend of family fun and activities celebrating all levels of the food industry.
The 2008 Convention Chairman is Steve Hall. Other members: Mark Yambor and Bryan Dozier.

Legislature/PAC Committee - With a renewed focus on legislative and regulatory issues, this committee works to ensure that staff lobbyists maintain thorough and complete information on critical legislative and regulatory issues to each of the CFIC members in a timely manner. Additionally, this committee will try to find creative and fun ways to raise money for the Political Action Committee.
The 2008 Legislature/PAC Committee Chairman is Chuck Richards. Committee members include Mack McLamb and Robert Masche.

Scholarship Committee - This committee will investigate scholarships which this year will be awarded to both high school students entering college and current college students continuing their undergraduate education. The committee will also research specific skill training needed for our industry employees and determine geographically where to schedule appropriate community college training.
The 2008 Scholarship Committee Chairman is Rick Anicetti. Committee members include Larry Adams and Chuck Richards.

Nominating Committee - The committee will develop a single slate of officers and directors to present at CFIC Annual Meeting.
The 2008 Nominating Committee Chairman is Tom Ficht. Committee members include Greg Adams and Ricky Knighton.
